When the purchase arrived I was very disappointed with the packaging, it was just put in a small thin plain cardboard box which was very damaged in transit. The product itself was gorgeous and I am really happy with it. There was a slight scratch from lack of covering when been delivered but its still a beautiful purchase. I think it would be lovely if it came in a sturdy or display box.

Great to unmake-up and then with a little hand soap they're clean. Very soft and large, true to description. For mascara waterproof you have to wear oily makeup remover or it doesn't come out. I 've tried them with micellar water and they also work well. It took them a long time to get to the Canary Islands but there was the covid19 issue so I guess the delay was normal.. The seller answers the messages.

They look good. They are much larger than a round of normal make-up remover cotton. The texture is polar. They are quite thin and fold a little on themselves after washing. I washed them at 60 degrees with my virus protection masks, black cottons did not dissolve so no problem, even if they became rather dark gray.
